2. Who is included in the Settlement?
The Settlement Class includes all individuals whose PII was compromised in the ransomware attack against Hanesbrands Inc. discovered by the Company on May 24, 2022. Specifically excluded are the judge presiding over this case, their immediate family, Hanesbrands Inc.'s executives, and those who opt out of the settlement.

5. What does the Settlement provide?
The Settlement provides the following benefits for eligible class members:
- Compensation for documented out-of-pocket expenses incurred due to the data incident (up to $100,000 aggregate).
- A choice of additional relief, including:
- Two years of Experian IdentityWorks credit and identity monitoring services.
- $50 Hanes website credit (with free shipping).
- $35 alternative cash payment.

7. What is the deadline to file a claim?
All claims must be submitted online or postmarked by January 3, 2025.
8. When will I receive payment?
Payments or other benefits will be distributed after the Court grants final approval of the settlement and any appeals are resolved. This process may take several months.

No. There are no costs to participate in the settlement.
